RACE 1 - CARASHAN CHLOE (5) has made a positive start to his tenure under Garret Lynch with two strong chasing efforts. Should be hitting her straps now and rates a leading player. KAILEE'S BOY (1) finds it tough to get off the mark but is building towards a maiden win after minor placings at his last two. Has performed well over this track and trip. Doesn't have to improve much to get the verdict. YOUBEEFORTY (4) is still trying to figure it out but is improving. Will appreciate the added trip and is among the chances. Can improve sharply out to 2200m. FIERY MOON (6) next.

RACE 2 - Not a great deal of depth. Treading carefully. KELORIK (1) returns. Was well beaten on debut but did warm up late. Is a likely improver and has be readied with a soft trial. BONFIRE GIRL (8) is a Bon Hoffa filly on debut for Travis Doudle. Hasn't been seen at any public work but is drawn well and should be focused with the blinkers on. Betting holds the key. BREAKFAST (9) wasn't sighted on debut in town before heading straight back to the paddock. Was thrown in somewhat of the deep end at her first start, therefore has to be considered in a much easier assignment. TENACIOUS ZEUS (5) is another debuts. Market is the best guide but suspect this son of Zousain can make his presence felt.

RACE 3 - GINGER SINNER (5) got too far back from a wide draw first-up but rattled home into a narrow fourth. Run was better than it looks, as she was able to make ground off a very slow tempo. Suspect he will settle much closer this time and prove tough to stop. SO POLITE (10) comes through the same race, finish alongside GS on debut. Is sure to come on with that run under her belt and is also drawn better. Expecting them to fight it out. THE SPRINKLER (6) is a Smart Missile gelding on debut for the smart R & C Jolly stale. Looks ready after placing in a recent Balaklava trial. Toeroek booked. A bold showing is on the cards. SCHUELLER (2) was poor first-up off a 21 month break but should improve. Keeping safe in minors.

RACE 4 - BRIMARVI ROSEMARIE (5) caught the eye last start at Murray Bridge when closing off strongly into fifth. Continues to mix her form but her best could prove enough to get off the mark this time. I AM A FINE LINE (8) races best when ridden positively. Draws to do just that this time and gets her chance to break through. SPLASH OF WHITE (10) was no match for an impressive winner here last start but still turned in a decent effort to finish second. Strips rock-hard fit and is in the mix. SAINT BOOM (9) returns. Contested some hot maidens, so should find this easier. Draws well for gun hoop. Have to take seriously.

RACE 5 - ALOHA BLUE (4) was poised to strike when resuming here two week ago but just found one better. Ran good time and suspect it will prove a good form race. Should improve with that run under her belt and will be hard to beat. ALPHA FLIGHT (1) also went forward last start and dug deep to only be beaten a lip at Port Lincoln. Hitting her straps fourth-up and looks the main danger. RODNEY (6) ran a better race last start to finish a close second at Broken Hill. Tougher this time but deserves respect. INTACTO (10) was also an improver last start. Has had enough goes but is worth keeping safe in minors.

RACE 6 - Competitive contest. ZARKANA (2) will be looking for further in proceeding runs but finds a nice race to kick things off. Carries a class edge and is aided under the big weight with the 3kg claimer engaged. Expect her to settle in behind the speed and launch late. SHARENDIPITY (6) made light work of her CL1 here last start. Is open to further improvement third-up and doesn't lose much in the saddle with Holder taking over. Big threat. BELLENTIA (9) is ready to make her return after enjoying a successful debut prep. Looks to have come on nicely during the break and step right up to the mark. SMASHING ACTION (10) returned with a bang at Naracoorte to shed her maiden tag. Is sure to have come on with that run under her belt and can go on with the job.

RACE 7 - BULLET WING (2) doesn't win out of turn but has been knocking on the door for quite some time. Was only beaten a lip last start in town. Gets handy apprentice in Johnstone on claiming 1.5kg to help under the big weight. Like him dropping back in trip of 32-day freshen. SIR PANAMA (7) has struck a purple patch of form as he shoots for the hat-trick. Loves this trip and is drawn well for regular rider. No reason he won't be right there again. BOLTED IN (8) will find this a bit easier and rates highly on beak efforts. Has run well at this venue and is among the winning hopes. BANGERANG REDBACK (1) had the better BW two back in town but couldn't back it up last start when finishing behind SP. Shares the right form-lines, so have to include.

RACE 8 - THE GOLDEN FIST (2) has been rock-solid this campaign and deserves to have more wins to his name. Carries more weight with the drop in grade but carries the class to overcome. Sure to be very competitive. QUEENOFTHEAIR (16) was thrown in the deep end last start in the LR Clare Lindop Stakes and despite not threatening the winner still did a good job to finish midfield. This is obviously much easier and gets in low at the weights. Expect her to settle back early before letting rip late. SYNCHRO (6) has progressed nicely this campaign and still has more to offer. Should be up on speed and giving backers another bold sight. GRUELLING (7) made light work of his rivals here last start. Tougher this time but is still improving. Appeals. NAVY GOLD (5) was below his best last start in town but his form prior stacks right up. Plenty of subsequent winners through his races this campaign and is from an in-form stable. Don't underestimate.
